I would like to learn more about the recruiting process.  How Coach hears about certain players, what she looks for in a player and how do they actually recruit the player.  The last part ties into my curiousity about how the NCAA rules work.  It sounds somewhat complicated.

It would be nice to get some insight on recruiting from Nitra Perry, Toledo's recruiting coordinator.

I would like to second courtside's motion. UT was sited as having 2nd best recruiting class for this past year, w/nod given to Nitra for her assistance in this. Would enjoy hearing her opinion on both our current recruiing efforts and future goals, and perhaps note any changes she is observing in recruiting competition, techniques, earlier ages of players verballing, etc...
